Most of us suffer from time to time some levels of anxiety often leading to panic attacks. Another problem is depression ranging from low mood to more serious states marked by unhappiness, lethargy, sadness and hopelessness.
These problems have increased considerably in these challenging COVID years bringing in its wake several serious mental health issues.
It is important for us to find remedies and answers that are immediately applicable and can bring relief and resolution. We cannot afford to put it off, we have to find our way back to being happy without further delay.
This workshop will employ the latest tools in the treatment anxiety and depression combining with the skills of Mindfulness / Awareness.
