Besides working in private practice as a Clinical Psychologist with experience in the areas of individual and group psychotherapy, psychological and neuropsychological assessments, human behaviour, relationships and Awareness, Francis also an international speaker, author and professional trainer who conducts workshops, seminars and courses in Ireland, India, UK and USA.
Francis obtained his doctoral degree at the School of Professional Psychology, Wright State University, Dayton, OH, USA followed by a one year post-doctoral fellowship programme in psychopharmacology from the same university.
After training in Clinical Psychology, he returned to India in 1990 and succeeded Anthony de Mello as the Director of Sadhana Institute for the next 14 years. It was when he was at the helm that Sadhana saw the largest expansion of its facilities and programmes including the Integral Counselling Psychology (ICP) programme, an innovative programme of a two-year Masters level course in psychology and spirituality.
Francis has, over the years, undergone training and certification in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions such as Focusing, Holotropic Breathwork, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Gestalt Therapy, EMDR and Emotion-Focused Therapy most of them under their originators.
He has also received broad training in Somatic Psychology and body-oriented approaches to healing such as Somato-Emotional Release, Braddock Body Process, Formative Psychology, Lomi Somatics, Bioenergetics, Gestalt Body Work, Bio-Psychology, (TRE) Trauma Release Exercises and Mindfulness-Centred Somatic Therapy and incorporate them in his work with groups and individuals. These have made him far more effective and quicker in helping people who look for deep and lasting changes in their lives.
Besides offering one to one sessions to individuals in person or on online platforms such as Zoom, Francis also offers his services to businesses and organisations.
Michael is a dedicated and professional practitioner and master in healing modalities working with acupuncture medicine and alternative therapies.

He utilises ancient therapies that have been around for thousands of years and fuses them together to help people who need healing, guidance and support. centres bringing about overall balance and harmony for people to heal and change their lives.
He has spent time in several countries around the world receiving teaching and training from many masters and sages. Michael has also received many diplomas working with herbs, acupuncture and other methods of medicine and he has also worked with indigenous tribes and is experienced in native American Indian practices and spiritual ceremonies. He has mastered many retreats and seminars on Meditation, Yoga and Life Coaching and has set up many practices.
Michael runs a very busy prevention and wellness clinic, with a waiting list of up to two to three months. He also finds time from his busy clinical schedule to work and help many people with serious health conditions in the community in a voluntary role. He dedicates part of his time and services to helping people with life threatening diseases such as cancer and works as a voluntary healing practitioner in the cancer support centre in his country.
He has been the first and foremost student of Shree Yamuna Maharani Ji and has for many years travelled extensively across the globe in service and devotion to her healings and teachings.
